Goddard, Hodge, Malceski, Enright, Gilbert, Shaw, Hurn + (Maguire, Webberly)
GAJ, Barlow, Hayes, Goodes, Mitchell, Gysberts + (Shuey, JKT)
Sandi, Tippett + (Trengove, Warnock)
Chappy, Pav, ROK, Didak, Gia, J Brown, Podsiadly + (Rockliff, P Davis)

Still 8 trades, and $8,300 remaining

So my last real upgrade needs to get a gun midfielder in for one of Gysberts, JKT or Shuey.
Gys is the only one playing atm, but Shuey looks to be back soon once he's over his glandular fever. JKT -> premium (let's overestimate and say ~$600,000) will cost upwards of $450,000.

Maguire could go out to a rookie (T Hunt/Heath/Henderson/Davies?/Strijk???) giving $260,000+
Then P Davis/Warnock/Trengove also downgraded could give that final amount.

So thoughts on this downgrading? 1 downgrade this week, 2 the next? 2 then 1? Save for later...? Or other trade ideas?

Thanks in advance,
Watto

Hey Watto would you consider the Maguire/Strijk trade then Shuey (that glandular fever knocks people about some) >  Boomer Harvey - cheap should average 100 in the run home and saves an invaluable trade.
Just a thought.

Why Strijk? Is he playing this week?

Strijk I know for a fact is a gun. Should score very well in SC. However he's come along too late and it isnt feasible to pick him up.

Yeah Maguire -> Strijk looks good

But I think Shuey has more chance of playing again than JKT

Hold on I'll do the maths here => is JKT to Harvey possible
YES IT IS!!! $200 bucks left
Wait I'll double-check...yes it is  Grin

OK so do you think both trades this week - Harvey B/E is 36...

Yep:   Maguire -> Strijk              have been done
     &  JKT -> Harvey

Yeah hopefully Loz I'll get up to ~2200 by season's end

But what do think from now, with Hurn going down? Trengove (PA) could go to a random if Warnock comes in for Kreuzer, and then Hurn -> Gilbee? Leaving just 4 trades...

Otherwise not much else I can see...Tippett -> Cox?

I love your forward line, very strong. Can't ask for much more when your bench player in Rockliff is churning out ton after ton, great cover for Brown.

Watto I'd probably hold the 6 trades just for the time being.
The Trengove > random - Tippett upgrade would not need to be done for a little while yet I'd say - who knows Kurt may turn on some nice games - just to tease us all for next year!
