After being the #9 pick in the 2006 draft, Armitage really looks to be taking his game to the next level (ie premium)
But at $413,600, he really needs to be a keeper, and I'm not yet convinced that he will be

Yeah agree Watto, he wasn't really impressive last night either and he'll need alot more game time then Ball got if he is to become a premium.

I am not convinced that Armitage will get enough of the ball with Montagna, Hayes , Dalsanto & Clinton Jones in Midfield his supercoach scores won't be very high their are other better options.

He had 61% in the NAB Cup final against the Bulldogs, and only scored 50 dreamteam.
That was without Hayes playing as well, and so he's just locked himself out of my squad

He'll get plenty of time no doubt when he's in the team...
He's got his hands on the 22nd spot and also as the new needed in and under mid... tackles a lot too.
Question is can he keep his spot?
1 positive is that the Saints don't seem to have many other mids coming through... Steven has fallen back with injury and Peake and Smith ain't ready yet
