Just wondering who plays dreamteam aswell as SC.

And I would also like to ask what people think of the eliminator.

I personally think the eliminator adds a further exciting aspect to the game. I think SC should add something similar, maybe a 'leagues' eliminator. League Total Score Vs. League Total Score

Any comments for just general interest?

I only do as an afterthought, don't pay much attention to it!

Eliminator is fun I agree

Yep, play DT as well. Love the Eliminator, would be a good thing if SC did it too as it creates some fun during the season no matter what rank you are as you still have a chance of winning!

Gun Fantasy Coach - 1470th SC & 1774th DT in '09

Supercoach is perhaps more fun because of the more weighted scoring system. Dreamteam allocates a certain amount of points to everything, regardless of its effect - and I think that randomness makes SC more fun (whether that makes it better though....)
I do both - and I somehow got 1774th Dreamteam last year without doing anything really

personally i think SC takes more skill and the people that know the most about footy out of SC'ers and DT'ers, SC'ers win hands sown

I agree there SC Fanatic - Dreamteam is all about possessions, with little regard to their actual impact of the match.
Similarly, in DT, generally all you need to do to score well is to find the midfielders listed in alternate positions

Im in both but personally prefer Supercoach. Eliminator is a good concept and the premium dream team is interesting as well. But the best thing about DT is that they have the partial lockout for round one so you get time to make amendments to your team after that first Thursday night game. As far as i can tell, there hasnt been anything like that implemented for SC. Lets hope they get on board with that next year.

I am also in Dream Team, I enjoy both. If I had to choose, I'd go with Supercoach, don't ask me why, just a preference  Smiley

Cheers

i prefer SC thqat what we play in our work league, i also prefer that is not purely stats based a player who wins the hard ball and uses the ball well scores better than a soft stat whore. with my DT i usually just use the same player i have in my SC team bar a few chances here and there, so zero research.

I am a freak for both DT and SC...

I probably like both equal, just because it challenges you to be able to try and dominate both...
ELIMINATOR = AWESOME..

Can I just ask, I've done DT(when I say done I mean not taken it very seriously) for a few years and still dont know what the eliminator is which shows how much I care about DT compared to SC i guess, what is eliminator someone?
